Council's two standing committees, Finance and Current Issues, meet on the last Monday night of the month at 5:45 pm in Council Chambers on Yancey Street.

Every other month, the Town Council meets jointly with the Halifax County Board of Supervisors and the Town of Halifax at 6:00 pm in the Bethune Complex in Halifax.

Although the Mayor does not have an official office, he can be reached through the Town Manager's office at 575-4200.
